February's Taft Dance is scheduled for Friday, the 17th, 2012 — but we may be getting bumped to the 24th so check back later this week for the final date.
Our Demitasse dance take's place each n' every Saturday... period. So, there is dancing every Saturday at Té and once a month, usually on the third Friday, at Taft.

Our latest session of Monday evening Essential Swing Dance Classes is now closed. Please come visit us some Monday for the Práctica and then join our next session in March :)

The Práctica is still just $3 for most and is Drop-in so you don't have to commit to a 6-week session, but rather can just come when you can. See the rest of the details - and the discounts for ScS, HSDS & RSDS Swing ...there's even a full discount if you get a Latte or something from the Barista!

A special event in February is that we'll be having our special Essential Swing Dance Workshop in the mid-morning/early-afternoon of Saturday, the 18th.
Titled Swing Switcheroo, this 4.0 hour lead/follow workshop is for any dancer who is fairly comfortable with their lead/follow role, and wants to improve their swing by learning How the Other Half Dances — Leads shall be Follows, and Follows shall be Leads! :)

We hope that it might allow you to peek in sometimes and also make it easier for new dancers to come by because they'll have a better idea of what to expect. (Also, I could use some help troubleshooting it at Demi. Works well at Taft, having trouble transmitting at Té.)
